[OFFICIAL] Strike System

The current strike system just does not fix the problems we are still having and fairness is what we are trying to reach every day. Gangs must be aware of what they do as a group and achieve their goals together.
Sometimes, communication between leader-members is not enough and language/comprehension barriers are just breaking friendships and destroying gangs.

After all, this time passed with the current system, I have detected some things that must be added or edited and might improve out players game-play, allowing them to distribute their responsibilities and reach a better environment of fairness.

Gangsters now are going to take responsibility on each of their actions and not directly hurt the leader, strikes will be divided into infractions giving everyone the opportunity of showing an ethic attitude, giving the lord a chance to fix his mistakes and organize the gang in a better way.


Everybody as part of a gang will be responsible for their actions having direct punishments instead of directly hurt the leader. Being a Rank 5+ takes a huge responsibility and lords have to be 100% sure of letting someone have it.

   3 or more players breaking a rule (Non-Leaders) = Gang Infraction
   Rank 5 breaking a rule = Gang Infraction
   Rank 6 breaking a rule = Gang Strike

Infractions will have different punishments compared to Strikes, they will be focused directly on the player's wealth and the player will have to pay a fine.

  Gang Infraction = $50,000 fine divided by all the involved players.

Infractions will be represented in the gang roster and they DO NOT EXPIRE.
But how can I get rid of the infractions my gang owns? The only way is to either collect more Infractions and combine them into a Strike or the gang-lord to be changed.


Time passes and sometimes leaders don't know or don't own the time to do a background check on their co-leaders. New people join and keeping everyone updated is a hard task.
Players now will have an own warning system that will prevent them taking leader positions if they are known as rule breakers, how is this going to work?

Every time a leader causes his gang an infraction or a strike, they will be noted a warning on their name. Everybody will have a limit of 3 Warnings before they get leader banned.
These warnings can be removed by paying $100,000 each and they DO NOT EXPIRE.

When the player reaches three warnings, the player will be leader banned. The leader ban can be removed using any of these ways:

   Wait 120 days until the leader ban expires.
   Pay $500,000 to remove the leader ban.

Now, leaders have the opportunity to select their co-leaders depending on how well they behave, based on their warning history.


- First Strike -

   24 Hours turf restriction + $50,000 fine between all the involved players (Including the Gang-lord)

- Second Strike -

   48 Hours turf restriction + $100,000 fine between all the involved players (Including the Gang-lord)

- Third Strike -

   72 Hours turf restriction + $150,000 fine between all the involved players (Including the Gang-lord)

- Fourth Strike -

   96 Hours turf restriction + $200,000 fine between all the involved players (Including the Gang-lord)

- Fifth Strike -

   Gang disbands + Gang-lord getting leader ban for 120 days.


Strikes have special features compared to the infractions.

   Strikes expire after 28 days
   Strikes doesn't expire if a Ganglord is changed
   Leaders can't be strike-fined on debt.
   There will be a 7-day extension for the gang if they don't currently own the money to pay a fine.
   If a gang gets the second punishment during an extension period, they will be given no more time.
   If a leader decides to not pay the punishment, it will be leader banned for 120 days and a new lord will be chosen.


The ideology behind this change is to make the gangs come together as a whole and pay the reparations for their combined actions.

Everybody will now be in charge of a small responsibility inside a gang, also giving the leader a bit more of time to decide their actions towards their own members.
